If your Sinkwa Sethu item is damaged or faulty then please send it back to us (within 14 days), unworn or used and in all original packaging and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.
If you are unhappy with the size of your Sinkwa Sethu item, please send it back to us (within 14 days), unworn or used and in all original packaging and we will send you a different size depending on stock availability. If the exact item is not available in your desired size then we will offer you a choice in a different style. We recommend you see our sizing guide before you purchase, as customers must pay for postage of the new item if there is a sizing issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please send the item back to us within 14 days, unworn or used and in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs.
*All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.
